This is a new keychain with a big red rhinestone heart with the word "LOVE" spelled out in white/silver rhinestones. It is not only a keychain but also has an clasp attachment for a backpack or purse. The chain itself is in gold metal and there is a small gold ball  attachment and a hanging leather like piece as well.
The heart measures approximately 2 1/2" by 2 1/2" at its largest part.
