This is a wonderful, limited edition of 50,  8 1/2" by 11" custom,  double-matted, color composite photo of Roland Dupree, the original Disney Peter Pan reference model for all the flying and action scenes in the 1953 film classic, Peter Pan, and  the animated characters of Peter Pan and Tinker Bell. (Roland past away at age 89.) This piece was created for the 150th birthday celebration for James M. Barrie, author of the play and book, Peter Pan. The event was held in Kirriemuir, Scotland (Barrie's birthplace) in 2010. 
 
 What makes it extra special is that it has been autographed by Roland Dupree and myself, Margaret Kerry. These are  original autographs, not copies. It should be noted that Roland  rarely signed Peter Pan memorabilia in his lifetime, so it is extra special to have his autograph on a Peter Pan item. He  passed away in 2015 and will be greatly missed.

The photo gives you an idea of how a reference model was used by the animators. The live actor was filmed acting out a scene as directed.  The animators would later view the film and draw the animated character utilizing what they captured on film and put their special interpretation into the character.

The print has been custom matted to an 11"x 14" size with a lapis blue outer matte and a lime green inner matte, which really enhances the photo. I've also placed an acid-free backing board behind the photo to protect it.
