This is an original 8" x 10" black and Walt Disney Productions publicity photo, matted to an 11" x 14" size, of the two dogs used as reference models for the 1955 film, Lady and Tramp, plus two of the animators for the movie. A wall of storyboards from the film can be seen pinned up in the background.
 
It should be noted that the photo has some thumbnails and creases, plus at the bottom left corner of the photo it appears that a top white layer of the photo has come off. This is not unusual due to age and handling. It still shows well when displayed upright, other than the missing layer of paper at the bottom left corner, you barely see the flaws, but they are most definitely there.
