This is a  3-D  lenticular/postcard from Jones Publishing featuring Peter Pan flying above  Capt. Hook's ship. The card has the Jones Publishing information on it, and is copyrighted by Disney. It is dated 1966. The postcard is on one side and the lenticular image is on the other side.
 
This card is fairly thick, so the 3-D effect is excellent. This type of 3-D is called a "lenticular." It is made by adding elements of the picture in lined plastic, and overlaying the layers with the next picture element. This gives the piece it's 3-D effect. It was a wonderful novelty of the 1960's, and was used in prints, postcards, View Master slides, and more.
