This is a new in package Disney Fairies Tinker Bell child's necklace.  It is made of plastic  beads and balls with a lavender heart (probably acrylic but not positive)  dangling in the center  with a Tinker Bell image inside the heart. You put it on by simply putting it over your head. It is a sweet gift for any young Tinker Bell fan.
