"You Ring My Bell Item Number 38Signed: $24.95 Signed & Personalized: $39.95 |
The message that I hand write on this 8” x 10” photo reflects the fact that Tinker Bell wants to know you and thinks you are the most fascinating person she has ever met. The message reads, "YOU RING MY BELL!" Isn’t that perfect? I personally add “Tinker Bell” and sign my name, Margaret Kerry, since I am her reference model and alter ego.
Oh, I know what you’re thinking when you see this photo with its deep blue background behind a saucy Tinker Bell perched on a leaf. She is a compelling little flirt. But, as in everything else, Tink’s flirting is never straightforward or simple. Of course, everybody knows that it is a baby’s first laugh making its way to Neverland that becomes a fairy. Well, one day an outstanding baby had her first laugh. It was actually a merry-giggle which was definitely out of the ordinary. It made its way to Neverland and became Tinker Bell. The merry-giggle brought with it several odd quirks. First was a ‘flirt gene.’ So, flirting wasn’t a skill that Tink ever had to learn and that’s a fact. Tink has never heard the word titillating let alone know what it means. All Tink does know is that the world and all the people and things in it are there for her pleasure and fun. When she cocks her inquiring little head towards a human, an animal, a never-seen-before toy, her luminous eyes take it all in and her captivating little body just tingles in anticipation. Others may read into her actions anything they please. It is no-never-mind to Tink -- an attitude from another odd gene, I’m afraid. The only contradiction to this is when she finds herself in a situation that involves Peter Pan. Then things start to stir in her that she can’t quite understand and she reacts. However, friends, we are talking about Tinker Bell here and she figures she doesn’t have to bother to understand her feelings. It’s full speed ahead. Yes, another odd gene. So, she comes by her conduct honestly. Oh, there are good odd genes, too. One gene buried in the special baby’s first merry-giggle was something we would all treasure – the ability to see and enjoy enchantment. That’s what makes Tinker Bell, Tinker Bell.
