This 8" by 10" color photo is such fun!  It gives you an idea of how a reference model is used by the animators. The live actor is filmed acting out a scene as directed.  The animators will later view the film and draw the animated character utilizing what they captured on film and putting their special interpretation into the character.

In this wonderful photo, you see me in my bathing suit pointing to myself as I am leaning forward.  You then see Tinker Bell doing the same thing. The film makers are in the foreground capturing me acting out the scene.  I superimposed Tinker Bell in there so that you could see the result.   Pretty neat, huh?

The photo is preprinted with the words, "Lights, Cameras, Action" on the backs of the film makers. I have then written my name, "Margaret Kerry" next to my image, and "Tinker Bell" next to Tink's image and above the two of them I have written, "Who Me?".  The writing and my signature are original, not a copy.
